Orders API
Read the orders of a contact and check whether every provider has processed an order.
A basket becomes an order when payment is confirmed. The order id is the same as the id of the basket that was checked out. An order contains one provider order for each provider.

Order processing is asynchronous. Call Get order status after checkout to learn when every provider has confirmed or rejected the order. See Checkout flow.
