At its core, OneBasket is an orchestration platform. It brings together disparate systems of different types and purposes into a single platform, and orchestrates powerful D2C workflows across those systems, whilst keeping the end consumer oblivious to the fact that they are dealing with anyone else other than the sports organisation they are interacting with.

In the eyes of the customer, they are purchasing products and services from their favourite sports team, not from Ticketing Provider A, Merch Provider B, etc. This is one of the main experience goals of the platform.
